We arrange a meet & greet with the company to get to know you and your needs better. We discuss support workers, and find a match for you.
4. Meet Your Support Worker (Free)
We arrange a meet and greet so you can meet your potential support worker and make sure the match feels right before anything begins.
5. Start Your Supports
Once you're happy with the match, we confirm your schedule and begin supports. We focus on calm, consistent routines that support your goals.
6. Ongoing Communication & Adjustments
We check in regularly, communicate clearly, and adjust supports as your needs change. We're flexible and here to support you long-term.

What to Expect
When you begin supports with us, we follow a gentle and structured introduction process. We ask about your routines, communication style, likes, dislikes, sensory needs, triggers, and the type of support you feel comfortable with. This helps us plan supports that feel right for you.
You will always meet your support worker first through a free Meet & Greet before any supports begin. This gives you the chance to ask questions, see how you feel, and decide if it’s a good match. There is no pressure — your comfort comes first.

Your Choice and Control
You have full choice and control over who supports you, how supports look, and when they happen. We will never assign a support worker without your approval. If your needs change or you want to adjust your supports, we will work with you to make that happen quickly and respectfully.
Safety, Trust & Comfort
We know that letting someone into your home or daily routine takes trust. Our support workers follow strong safety, professionalism, and boundaries standards. We ensure every shift is respectful, calm, and guided by your comfort level.

Straightforward Referral Process
You can send referrals to us by phone, email, or through our online referral form. We ask for a brief overview of the participant’s needs, goals, risks, preferred support times, and any relevant behavioural or environmental information. Once received, we begin the matching and planning process immediately.
Accurate Capacity Information
We provide clear and honest capacity information at all times. You will never be left waiting for unanswered emails or unclear availability. If our capacity changes, we update you immediately so planning can continue smoothly.

We value strong relationships with Support Coordinators and aim to make your job easier. Our priority is supporting your participant with consistency, reliability, and genuine care.
Fast Response Times
We respond to all referrals within 24–48 hours, including weekends where possible. If we have capacity, we will confirm this straight away. If we are unable to assist, we will notify you promptly to avoid delays for the participant.
