Can I choose my Support Worker?
Yes! We carefully match support workers to each participant based on personality, skills, experience, and preferences. You'll meet your support worker at a free meet & greet before any shifts start, ensuring it's a good fit for everyone.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing is fair and transparent. We charge 5 to 15% less than the maximum NDIS pricing guidelines, with no establishment fees and no charges for meet & greets. Costs depend on the type and length of support and can be discussed when you make an enquiry. We support self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Are you an NDIS registered Provider?
We are non-registered NDIS support provider, which means we can still provide services to self-managed or plan-managed participants. Our services align with NDIS principles and quality standards, and we pride ourselves on safe, person-centred, flexible, and affordable supports.
